Shipping Policy
- Vape Generation ships orders domestically within Australia only.
- Any orders over the value of $100 will be entitled to FREE Express Post shipping.
- Any orders under the value of $100 the following charges will apply:
Standard Parcel Post – $10.90
Express Post – $13.95
- Notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances, all online orders received prior to 11:30 AM AWST Monday to Friday, will be Shipped the same day.
- Online orders received after 11:30 AM AWST Monday to Thursday will be Shipped the following day.
- Online orders received after 11:30 AM AWST on Fridays will be Shipped on the following Monday.
NB – Public Holidays will affect the shipping times above.
- Express Post remains the fastest postal service, but current circumstances mean that next business-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Regional/remote areas can also take longer.
- Standard Parcel Post can take 2-7 business days depending on where you are located.
- Click and Collect – for Perth based customers, we do offer a click and collect service via the website. You will be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm it is ready for collection at the store.
- Should your order be returned to us by Australia Post including but not limited to the following reasons we will charge you again for shipping:
The wrong address details were uploaded when making the order;
The parcel was not collected from Australia Post within the specified time period and was returned;
The delivery was rejected by someone at your residence.
If for any reason your order gets lost in transit by Australia Post, we will reship the items out to you at no charge or provide a full refund.
