Returns Policy

The following Products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to their disposable and/or consumable nature.

  • E-Liquids
  • Coils, Wire, Cotton and Wicks
  • Atomisers and Tanks
  • Batteries / Battery Wraps
  • USB Cables

 

Warranty on Hardware

The warranty period for Hardware (Pods, Mods etc) is three months, however some manufacturers may offer longer. 

Accidental damage, damage caused by you not using the Product correctly (and as per the manufacturers guidelines) and/or damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear will not be covered under warranty.

Depending on the defect, we will work closely with our customers to establish whether a refund, repair or replacement is required.

Products that are damaged in transit must also be reported as per this policy.

 

Lodging a Return Request           

In the first instance, you must contact Vape Generation by email at admin@0pw.95e.myftpupload.com to report any faulty Hardware products.  This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product.

You must also provide proof of purchase, along with pictures or videos that show the fault (and the serial number on the product).

Vape Generation will respond back to you within 7 days, including any trouble shooting information and if necessary, details on how to return the product.

The product must be returned in the condition you received it, including all of the packaging and contents.

Should all of the above criteria be met, Vape Generation will provide a replacement (including shipping charges) or a refund.
